For an overview of all our measures against COVID, we have compiled the following list:
Constant ventilation and installation of anti-COVID devices. After consultation with epidemiology experts, in addition to ventilating at least three times a day, we have installed ten of the best-rated ultrafiltration devices (Hepa filters) with particle control and carbon filters. They are capable of capturing 99.97% of aerosol particles, such as viruses and bacteria, present in the environment. In addition, these professional units have all the necessary certifications.
No-wait table reservation. In relation to table reservations, it is essential that they are made in advance once we reopen our restaurant, in order to minimize the number of people who may be waiting.
Disinfection of our dining rooms: As far as our lounges are concerned, each and every one of them are fully disinfected by authorized companies.
Training of our team. All our employees receive constant training on hygienic and sanitary measures. We also have a medical control by the company responsible for hygiene and safety at work.
Disinfection of raw materials. All raw materials are disinfected upon receipt by our personnel.
Dispensers. We have electronic water buttons and hand gel dispensers to reduce contact. We have also installed a hydroalcoholic gel dispenser in the entrance area.
Temperature measurement. We also have a temperature measuring chamber at the entrance.
Distance between tables. We maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters between tables and have installed partitions.
QR menu cards. Our menu cards can be read by QR codes on customers‘ cell phones.
